ORDER

2. Please fill the order form
3. Reservation is allowed for 48 HOURS ONLY. After that, all reservations without payment will automatically canceled.
4. If u pay on 3rd day after confirm taking the item, we will refund ur money if the item has been sold.
5. If u want to cancel order please inform us as soon as possible.
6. We have the right to refuse overdemanding and rude customers.
7. Price is fixed. We will try to give our best in terms of pricing and services.
8. No refund once payment is done.
9. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at our blog. However we cannot  guarantee display of color will be accurate. The design may slightly different from what you see.
10. Sale items are not eligible for return.
11. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSES OR DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. If we didn't get any COMPLAINTS after TWO WEEKS your item has been post, we will consider the item has safely arrived to the buyer.
13. Shipping Method : POS laju only.
14. COD ONLY AT AREA PUCHONG BATU 6 & UITM/PKNS SHAH ALAM (Payment must be made before meeting).
15. No picture requests.

PAYMENT

1. Payment thru ATM Machine, please take the picture of the receipt or scan it and email/MMS us to prove payment.
2. Payment thru online PLEASE fill our email venture.corner@yahoo.com in the email space or else we won't know.

EXCHANGE

1. Exchange for MISDIRECTED and DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY!
2. Items must be returned in  UNWASHED and UNALTERED condition.
3. Please return the items using pos laju ONLY.
4. We will not refund ur money, but instead it will be ur store credit and u can use it to purchase other available items.
5. We appreciate if u can fold nicely the returned instant hijab we sent u. (We do want to receive the item in a good condition, like u do)

BLACKLIST!!! 

Since this is online shops, some of the customers send the orders and went missing by not informing to cancel the order. These people who went like this will be in the blacklisted list.
